HCE have completed brand new state-of-the-art Catering
Facilities for City College, Southampton. Featured in each of the
two Training Kitchens are two bespoke Charvet Cooking Suites. One
suite is gas fired and the other electric which includes the very
latest induction cooking. Alongside this feature is combination
cooking and blast chilling which, all
together, allows pupils to experience first-hand the
very varied and versitile range of equipment that is currently
available in our market today.
In addition to the two Training Kitchens is a
separate 'Fine Dining' Kitchen, which again features a Charvet
bespoke cooking suite.
