The Savoy Hotel
Located on the Strand in the heart of the West End theatre
district in London, this world renowned Hotel first opened its
doors in 1889.
In December 2007 The Savoy closed for a £100 million
restoration and re-opened again in October 2010. HCE
were entrusted with supplying and installing complete new catering
facilities which, as you would imagine, are of the very highest
specifications.
The main kitchen features two 'Bespoke' cooking suites with
on-site welded one-piece tops, installed by our Installation team
with the utmost care and passion.
Soon after the opening, The Savoy was the subject of a
two-part BBC documentary. HCE's work was displayed for all to see
and we remain very proud to have been associated with such a
successful and prestigeous project.
