Quite simply, the key to successful project management is to have the right type of person project managing for you. We don't have salesmen trying to project manage, we have dedicated project managers whose sole function is to ensure that your project is delivered professionally and expediently.

Upon securing a project we have an internal handover meeting to openly review all aspects of the project.   This is attended by relevant members of the HCE team:  the Sales Estimator who bid the job, the Project Manager who will run the job, Purchasing, Technical Support, CAD, Logistics and Engineering.  This way a firm knowledge base is created so that we work as one and not individually.

We recognise that excellent levels of communication are paramount and that is why, whatever the news, we'll keep you fully informed throughout.

By offering a complete end to end solution for your kitchen project, we take out the hassle of arranging multiple suppliers, partners, budgets and timescales (as well as any issues if they arise). This means we can also be completely accountable for your project, have greater control overall making certain that there is complete continuity from start to finish, with one person overseeing the entire project.
