Planned Preventative Maintenance

At HCE we recognise that equipment downtime costs you lost revenue and can damage your reputation. In addition to this, failure to maintain your equipment will invalidate any manufacturers' warranty as well as your insurance policy and contravenes current Health & Safety legislation. Therefore HCE offers Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules (PPM's) for our customers’ equipment. In short this means we will service a piece of equipment covered by the schedule once a year to enable us to:

Fridge Maintenance

•	Test that it is working in accordance with the manufacturer's specification and therefore at its optimum capacity and efficiency
•	Identify any potential problems, raise a quotation for any parts required and carry out necessary repairs prior to the equipment failing
•	Carry out replacement of general wear items
