HCE - New Year, New Owners

Over the Christmas period HCE Ltd was acquired by Trant Holdings Limited. With a fresh management team, the Directors are confident that in continuing to offer the same level of service and goods, the business will grow to be a major player in the industry.

Established in 1958, Trant Construction Ltd has built an unrivalled reputation within the construction industry and saw a great synergy with HCE’s business ethos and already worked with many of their clients. Jon Greep, HCE’s new General Manager, says “Trant were keen to acquire HCE Ltd when it came on to the market because of its excellent reputation within the marketplace.”

Jon finishes “whilst it is early days all the staff and management are completely focused on the year ahead and, with a healthy forward order book including a 2 million pound contract, we are looking forward to growing the business still further over the coming months & years.”
