HCE are delighted to announce our winning of the highly prestigeous Knightsbridge Palace Hotel Catering and Bar Package. The Hotel, situated in the heart of Knightsbridge is a joint venture between Bvlgari and Marriott International and will provide six floors of deluxe hotel suites and four floors of private apartments.

Following hot on the heels of The Radisson Hotels in Bristol & Cardiff and The Savoy and Corinthia Hotels in London, HCE are both delighted and proud to add the Heathrow T5 Hilton Hotel to our ever-growing list of prestige Hotel projects.

The Rose Bowl is renowned as an International sporting and entertainment venue. Successfully staging concert events with up to 35,000 music fans in attendance, and hosting International cricket matches to the enjoyment of 20,000 cricket fans.

The historic 104 year old Grand Pier Pavilion of Weston-super-Mare was destroyed by a devastating fire in July 2008. Due to re-open in the summer of 2010, HCE have recently secured a £400,000 contract to supply and install complete new catering facilities which were designed by Food Service Consultants Ltd.
