	First time fix wherever possible and where not -
	A quotation for all required parts and provisional schedule for the work to be complete
OUR ENGINEERS
Our engineers have many years experience in the servicing of catering equipment, are CORGI registered and attend regular training to ensure that they are kept up to date with changes in equipment and also current legislation. However, at HCE we believe PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE and would always recommend our customers take out a Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule to prevent, wherever possible, breakdown which always happens at the most inconvenient moment! HCE offer a simple Points Calculator system to enable us to work out the cost of a PPM to suit your needs.
