HCE were approached to carry-out a fast track project at Bournemouth University to supply and install a pre-specified catering facility and to develop and carry-out the complete civils fit-out element of works from an empty shell.

HCE worked very closely with the client team to provide a complete scheme which we delivered on time and within budget. The kitchen area features GWP’s usual high specification bespoke fabrications and selection of quality fuelled equipment. Front of house equipment included main counters along with a separate coffee shop facility.

All interior building works, finishes and M&E works including walls, flooring and ceilings along with décor and furniture for the dining and coffee areas were also supplied and installed by HCE.

The whole area featured a bespoke DX system for the ventilation system along with complete installation of a separate plant room to provide all the services required for this bespoke kitchen and dining area.
