Project Description

Hilton’s 350 bed hotel opened in August 2011, less than a mile from Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. The catering kitchens, buffet service counters and main feature bar were all supplied and installed by HCE. The hotel’s  75-cover signature eatery, ‘Mr Todiwala’s kitchen’, features a menu created by TV star chef Cyrus Todiwala, offering the same pan-Indian cuisine served at his renowned Cafe Spice Namaste restaurant in the City. In addition, there is a second eatery offering a variety of British dishes including casseroles and roast, along with a function room that can cater for up to 1170 people.

HCE provided top quality, mostly bespoke equipment, ventilation systems, cold/freezer room suites, counters, fabrication and main feature bar to meet the Hotel’s constantly busy everyday demands.
