Mappleborough Green, is an independently owned garden centre with a passion for plants and great customer service.
Since the centre changed hands in 2011 they have been planning many changes to improve the facilities and shopping experience for their customers, and within this redevelopment, a new catering facility.
Having previously worked with owner Paul Richards on a number of portfolio, HCE were approached and asked to design the new facility here. HCE gladly accepted and got to work designing this stunning Café. The design features smooth modern looking angled counters in colours to complement the facility. On completion Paul commented:
“It looks great, the design really works. Thanks”.
One particular feature of the kitchen was the wash-up area HCE installed a complete ‘Wexiodisk’ system that features a double-rack dishwasher, incorporating a heat recovery system and automatic lifting hood which also doubles as a utensil washer.
