On securing a project, an internal project management plan meeting is held to openly review all aspects of the works due to be carried out which is attended by all relevant members of the HCE team. Our fully qualified in-house installation engineers are fully equipped to manage the installation of your kitchen. Together with our Service Technicians we have all aspects of your kitchen covered and backed up by our friendly support team.

We pride ourselves in our aftercare capabilities, and are able to offer comprehensive planned preventative maintenance programmes which will ensure the smooth running of your new kitchen for many years to come.

We also know that when something goes wrong, reducing downtime is essential to your operation. Each one of our engineers has a fully equipped van carrying a stock of universal spares enabling us to get you up and running in most cases with minimum disruption to your kitchen.

Maintenance Services

HCE realise that regular maintenance of your catering equipment is essential to the smooth running of your operation. We can offer the services of our dedicated, trained and qualified Engineers to visit your site(s), dependant on how many covers you serve, up to 4 times per year.

Our Engineers hold a vast array of universal parts in stock on their vans to try to fix your problem on the first visit but you may require further parts to complete the repair. With our open-book pricing structure we provide a full quote for your repair which we always ask you to authorise prior to us carrying out the works.
