We are proud to say that we have a capable, pro-active and personable team whose sole purpose is to manage and ensure that every project, no matter how big or small, runs to programme and is delivered with integrity, knowledge and experience. On securing a project, an internal project management plan meeting is held to openly review all aspects of the works due to be carried out which is attended by all relevant members of the HCE team. This allows a firm knowledge base to be formed between all; Our motto being “One Team. One Goal.”.
We also understand that sometimes things don’t always go to plan, and factors out of your control can affect the programme of works.
