HCE recommend regular maintenance of your catering equipment. This is essential for the smooth running of your operation and to maximise the lifespan of your equipment.

We can offer the services of our dedicated, trained and qualified Engineers to visit your site(s), dependant on how many covers you serve. Just like a car, your catering equipment needs routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns.

Our Engineers hold a vast array of universal parts in stock on their vans to try to fix your problem on the first visit but you may require further parts to complete the repair. With our open-book pricing structure we provide a full quote for your repair which we always ask you to authorise prior to us carrying out the works.

I remember one time when we had a problem with a key piece of equipment and the manufacturer wasn’t able to send anyone on site to fix it. HCE stepped in and sent their own engineer immediately, who fixed the problem straight away. We were extremely grateful as it kept us operating.
